With over 20 years of experience in Customer Service and Hospitality, Chris Lea brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to her role as a flight attendant trainer. She spent 13 years as a Senior Cabin Crew member with Singapore Airlines, mastering the art of communication, problem-solving, and delivering top-tier customer service.
Since 2007, Chris has dedicated herself to training and mentoring, helping countless individuals land their dream careers in the airline industry. Her passion for guiding young professionals shines through as she coaches them to succeed in airline recruitment interviews and beyond.
In addition to airline training, Chris has also held leadership roles in education and corporate training, sharing her expertise with organizations and students alike.
